We are based in Vancouver and serve residential buildings and rental properties across Metro Vancouver, including Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Coquitlam, Delta, and New Westminster. If your building is nearby but not listed, ask us — we are happy to discuss it.
What types of properties do you look after?
Our focus is residential buildings — condominiums, strata communities, and rental buildings — along with individual rental homes and units. If residents live there and common areas need care, chances are we can help.
What do your rental services cover?
For short-term rentals, we support guest communication, check-ins, and cleaning and turnover between stays. For long-term rentals, we handle day-to-day tenant communication, routine check-ins, and coordinating maintenance. The exact scope is tailored to each owner and property.
